If you are getting bullied at work, you can report it to your immediate manager/supervisor and/or to your Human Resources Manager. For external support, you can report it to a workplace regulatory government body such as Fair Work.

In Australia, you can contact the Fair Work Ombudsman  – https://www.fairwork.gov.au/employee-entitlements/bullying-and-harassment .

For workplace bullying, you can also look at relevant support from your state government bodies eg. WorkSafe Victoria –  https://www.worksafe.vic.gov.au/pages/safety-and-prevention/health-and-safety-topics/workplace-bullying

OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL AND WORK

For bullying outside of school and work, you can contact organisations such as the Australian Human Rights Commission – https://www.humanrights.gov.au/violence-harassment-and-bullying

Please note, being an Australian based charity, we are better positioned to advocate support resources in this country. Our suggestion is for you to explore similar resources if you are based outside of Australia.
